阿米巴經營
阿米巴經營是稻盛和夫獨創的經營管理手法，將企業組織劃分為「阿米巴」小型獨立核算單位，讓每位員工都以經營者的意識參與管理。iDempiere Mobile 的阿米巴經營模組將這個理念數據化、即時化、可視化。
什麼是阿米巴經營？
小單位獨立核算
將組織拆分為最小的利潤中心，每個「阿米巴」像一個小型企業，獨立計算收入、支出和利潤。讓數字說話，讓每個團隊看見自己的經營成果。
全員參與經營
不只是管理層，每位員工都能看到自己部門的損益數據，培養經營者意識。「銷售最大化、經費最小化」不再是口號，而是每天可追蹤的數字。
單位時間產出
核心指標：利潤 ÷（人數 × 168小時/月）= 每人每小時產出。這個數字讓不同規模的阿米巴可以公平比較生產力。
即時透明
傳統阿米巴需要月報才能看到數據。iDempiere Mobile 從 ERP 的總帳分錄（Fact_Acct）即時彙總，讓經營者隨時掌握各組織的營收、支出、利潤動態。
App 模組功能
月度比較卡片 MoM
水平捲動的卡片列，每個組織一張卡片，顯示本月 vs. 上月的營收、支出、利潤變化。綠色上箭頭代表成長，紅色下箭頭代表衰退，並顯示百分比變化。
組織矩陣 Sparkline Matrix
左側固定列顯示指標（營收 / 支出 / 利潤），右側可橫向捲動的欄位對應每個組織。每個儲存格包含一條迷你折線圖（sparkline），展示 6 個月的趨勢，下方標示最新月份的數值。一眼看出哪些組織在成長、哪些需要關注。
組織排行榜 Ranking
三個分頁：營收排行 / 利潤排行 / 生產力排行（單位時間產出）。每個分頁顯示所有組織的排名，包含名次、組織名稱、數值和比例條。點擊任一組織可進入詳細頁面。
組織詳情 Detail
單一組織的完整分析頁面：
- KPI 四宮格：總營收、總支出、利潤率、單位時間產出
- 趨勢折線圖：營收 + 支出 + 利潤三條線疊加，6 個月趨勢，觸碰顯示數值
- Top 發票：前 5 大應收發票 + 前 5 大應付發票，顯示單號、交易對象、金額、日期

Amoeba Management
Amoeba Management is Kazuo Inamori’s original management methodology. It divides the organization into small, independently accountable “amoeba” units, empowering every employee to think and act like a business owner. The iDempiere Mobile Amoeba module makes this philosophy data-driven, real-time, and visual.
What is Amoeba Management?
- Small-Unit Independent Accounting: Break the organization into the smallest profit centers. Each “amoeba” operates like a mini-business with its own revenue, expenses, and profit.
- All-Employee Participation: Not just management — every employee can see their unit’s P&L data, fostering an ownership mindset.
- Hourly Productivity: Core metric: Profit ÷ (Headcount × 168 hours/month) = Output per person-hour. This enables fair comparison across amoebas of different sizes.
- Real-Time Transparency: Traditional amoeba management requires monthly reports. iDempiere Mobile aggregates from GL journal entries (Fact_Acct) in real-time.

- Month-over-Month Cards: Horizontal scroll cards showing revenue/expense/profit changes vs. last month with green/red arrows and percentages.
- Sparkline Matrix: A grid with metrics (Revenue/Expense/Profit) as rows and organizations as columns. Each cell contains a mini trend chart (6 months) with the latest value.
- Organization Ranking: Three tabs — Revenue / Profit / Productivity. Sorted list with rank, name, value, and proportional bar indicator. Tap to drill down.
- Organization Detail: Full analysis page with 4 KPI cards, 6-month trend line chart (3 overlaid lines), and Top 5 AR/AP invoices.
